Miolo Reserva Malbec
From the heart of the Valley to your glass: an intense, elegant, and soulful Malbec that turns every sip into a remarkable sensory experience!
Originating from the southwest of France, in the Cahors region of Bordeaux, the Malbec grape — also known as Côt Noir — conquered the world and found in Argentina the perfect terroir to reveal its full potential. Today, the country is the largest producer of this variety, especially in the Valle de Uco, a high-altitude region that provides ideal conditions for cultivation and produces wines of great character and elegance.
Miolo Reserva Malbec is born from this privileged setting and a meticulous winemaking process. After destemming in concrete vats, the must undergoes a 5-day cold maceration, followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with daily remontages and pigeages, always under strict temperature control between 24°C and 28°C.
