Miolo Reserva Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc produces some of the best white wines in the world. The challenge is overwhelming. In the temperate Campanha region, in Miolo family-owned vineyards, we shield its green clusters from sunlight so that, under the moonlight, we can harvest them.

The decision to harvest at night is a technical one, as the fruit is naturally picked at a lower temperature. All the romance and typicity of Sauvignon Blanc come from the extraction and preservation of the aromatic precursors of this grape.

Ideal as an aperitif, it can also accompany salads, fish, white meats, pasta, pizza, and soft cheeses.

Being a white wine with pronounced acidic freshness, it pairs well with light and moderately structured dishes, and, by contrast, with richer foods and those with a tendency toward sweetness.
