Miolo Wild Gamay
The Wild family presents wines with a natural identity and unique production processes, reflecting the best of nature.
Made from Gamay grapes, it is crafted in a more natural style, with no added sulfites and spontaneous fermentation — that is, carried out solely with the grape’s own natural yeasts. It is the only Gamay outside Europe to receive a medal in France, the birthplace of this grape.
The result is a light, fresh, and vibrant wine, designed to be enjoyed young, with all its aromatic and fruity intensity. Therefore, it is best consumed within 18 months of release, while it is still at the peak of its youth and character — exactly as it was intended to be.
And there’s more: being a light red, it is even better when served chilled, between 10°C and 12°C — perfect for warmer days or for those seeking an easygoing, refreshing experience.
