Miolo Wild Trebbiano
The Wild family presents wines with a natural identity and unique production processes that reflect the best of nature.
The history of Trebbiano in Brazil began with Antonio Peruccini, an immigrant from Tuscany who settled in Campo dos Bugres, now Caxias do Sul. He imported the first vine cuttings from Italy in 1886, planting them on his properties.
This Trebbiano vineyard from Miolo was planted in 1978 in the Gaúcha Campanha region, covering an area of 15.83 hectares. This variety, like the ancestral origins of the grape in Brazil, revives an ancient winemaking tradition from times long past.
Cold skin maceration for 48 hours, followed by natural clarification of the must and a completely spontaneous fermentation without the addition of sulfur dioxide. An authentic and refreshing wine.
